Can ETS model SI effect for aggressor net

my doubt is can ETS model the SI effect on aggressor and calculate the timing on victim.
means suppose three net are running parallel:- net1, net2, net3.
net1 is victim of net2 and net2 is victim of net3. Now if net3 is causing positive SI effect on net2 then it will make the net1 timing worse as the crosscap between net1 and net2 will be more. So how does ETS model this or can ETS model this??
